FINDING X IN XMAS

Ok, I’m not about to go into an in-depth long essay about how Christmas was originally a pagan feast day as I did with The Valentine day scam. I’ll save that for another time.
Remember in Mathematics they’d ask you to find ‘X’ to solve the mathematical problem? X stands for unknown.

What is Christmas? Christ + Mass = Christmas. A celebration of Christ. It’s Jesus Christ‘s day. His chosen birthday.
Not everyone in the world is Christian.
X is unknown. So,  X + Mass = Xmas. It means an unknown’s mass. The celebration of unknown.

When I was six, I used to wonder if X was the short form of Christ. They say in Greek Chi means X. Please how does Chi represent CH in Christ not to talk of Christ in totality? Christ in Greek is Kristos (Xpiotoc) in their alphabet,  so why not Kristosmas or Xpiotocmas?
The Xmas was started by Greeks  in the 1500s and I doubt most of them were Christians or willing Christians.

"Those Xtians are celebrating their Xmas." They wouldn't want to call the full name. Lol.

Calling it Xmas in modern day was pushed by marketers( the big companies). It helped them market to all; Christians and non-Christians. It's all about the money they make this season to them.

I won’t in the bid to sound funky, in the know, shorten and say it like others do, call Christ 'X'.
Don’t forget the reason for the season. It is Christ and not X. Say it in full so others can remember.

Merry Christmas to you and yours as we wait to usher in Jesus Christ into the world and our open hearts. Happy birthday Jesus!

Thank you for reading my thoughts. What are yours?
