JUMPING ROPE

Jumping rope is also known  as skipping. Most people consider this a thing for kids alone but trust me, it's a perfect weight loss exercise. From my experience, it's kinder to my ankles compared to running. It works on your whole body. The ropes are the cheapest workout tools ever. You don't have to do this at the gym. You can workout at home and you can travel with your ropes if need be.
You get more results when you use weighted ropes, they are heavier jump ropes. My only ish with this is it is a total body workout and burns fat everywhere, so bye bye ass fat. If you want to retain those, add squats and fire hydrants to your workout.
Try skipping for 15 minutes or more. I skip while watching TV. Lol.
