CORN
It's corn season!!! You can have it in all forms; roast, baked and boiled. We all see this yummy goodness when it comes around but do you know the health benefits? The cob is not just the healthy part, even the silk is healthy. The silk are those spongy strands that cover the cob on the inside.
There have been arguments that corn causes weight gain not loss. I'm no doctor but I figure too much of everything is bad. Moderation is key.
I think i'll buy some corn today. How about you?
